Being a Certified Yoga Instructor recognized by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, I strive to provide high-quality and impactful yoga instruction to students at all levels.
Additionally, my completion of the Advance Nutrition & Dietetics course from Shivaji University allows me to offer comprehensive guidance on nutrition and dietary aspects that complement and enhance the benefits of yoga practice.
In my classes, I create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where students can explore their bodies, minds, and spirits through the transformative power of yoga. Emphasizing mindfulness, breath awareness, and proper alignment, I help my students maximize the benefits of each yoga pose, unlocking their true potential.
